Waiting lists for secondary schools

If your child has been refused a place at a preferred school, you can add their name to the school's waiting list. Learn more about waiting lists.

The deadline for receipt of waiting list forms is 17 March 2025.

Lists for most schools will be maintained until 30 June 2026. If a place becomes available for your child, we'll write to you.

We recommend that you accept the offered school to ensure a place for your child in September.

You can add your child to a waiting list online too. You don't need to return a paper form.

Forgotten your password?

You can reset your password for the online application portal on the forgotten password page.

Applied by paper form

You'll receive a paper form with your offer. Scan or photograph the completed form and attach it to an email. Send it to schoolofferresponse@oxfordshire.gov.uk.
