How to supply your documents for an older person's bus pass
When you apply, we will attempt to verify your identity. If we cannot verify your identity, we will ask for additional proof of identity and address at the end of the application.
You will need to provide a passport-style photo.

If you are going to post your documents, send a photocopy. Do not send originals, they will not be returned.
In a library
You can take your documents to one of the 11 libraries that provide a validation service. Telephone the library you want to visit to book an appointment before you go.
Staff can help you make an application online. To use this service you need to book a computer at the library beforehand. Either contact the library directly or book a computer online.

*If you are visiting Oxfordshire County Library, you will be able to use the self-service computers located on the second floor to make your application. These machines have an integrated webcam and scanner attached so you can take a photograph and scan any documents to support your application.
