An older person's bus pass gives free off-peak (9 am to midnight within Oxfordshire) travel on local buses.
Eligible

Not eligible
You are not eligible for a bus pass if your main residence is outside Oxfordshire, or you have a second home in Oxfordshire which you do not occupy permanently
