Renew your resident parking permit
Complete this form to renew your existing parking permit.
We issue virtual resident parking permits. There is no paper version to display in your vehicle. Make sure you know your controlled parking zone prefix when leaving your vehicle in a permit holder bay.
Civil enforcement officers have handheld devices that tell them if a vehicle has a valid resident parking permit. Vehicles without a valid virtual resident parking permit will be liable to a penalty charge notice.

When to apply
Once you have created an account you can renew your permit online one month before the expiry date of your current permit.
You should allow 10 working days for us to process your application.

Renew your resident parking permit
Reminders
You can set up email reminders to alert you when your current permit is about to expire. This replaces previous paper reminder letters being sent through the post.
Changed address or vehicle
If you have moved to another property, you need to log into your account and update the information in your parking account to reflect this.
If you have moved out of a parking zone area, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the remaining unexpired months.
