Request a replacement for a lost or stolen bus pass.

Warning Oxfordshire County Council will not refund bus pass fares incurred while applications for new or replacement passes are being processed.

If you require bus travel during the period you are waiting for your bus pass please contact your local bus company for details of weekly season tickets, fares and routes.

Replace a lost bus pass

If you have lost your bus pass, there is a £10 replacement fee

Your lost bus pass may get handed in at your local library. Libraries hold lost cards for 30 days.

Replace a stolen bus pass

If your bus pass has been stolen, and you provide a valid crime reference number, the replacement is free.

How to report a non-urgent crime. 

If you do not have a crime reference number, there is a £10 replacement fee

We are unable to take payment over the telephone.
