Bus pass issued with the wrong photo

If your pass has been sent out with the wrong photograph, we'll replace it free of charge.

You need to provide a replacement photo. We'll update our records and you'll receive the new bus pass within 10 working days.

What you need to provide

To change a photo you need to provide:

• a recent scanned colour passport photograph (read our photo guidance page)
• your name
• date of birth
• address
• bus pass number (if known).

How much it will cost to change your photo

There is no fee if:

• you have received a bus pass with the wrong photo on it
• you want to update the photo on the next pass once your current pass has expired.

There is a fee of £10 if you want to change the photo on your current pass.
