Where to access free emergency oral contraception and contraception advice.

If you are concerned because you’ve recently had unprotected sex or your usual form of contraception may have failed, it’s important to act quickly to prevent pregnancy.
There’s lots of support that can be accessed in different ways. The most important thing is to get help as fast as you can – ideally within three days (72 hours). If it’s longer, then there are options available until you reach at least five days (120 hours).
You can get advice and access emergency oral contraception (commonly known as the morning-after pill) from:

- Most NHS walk-in centres and minor injuries units
