How to supply your documents
We will not look at your application until you supply the required documents. 35 per cent of applications are delayed because of insufficient information or missing documents. Your evidence must show how your condition affects your mobility or your ability to make journeys.
Supply your documents online with the application form
If you are eligible to apply for a Blue Badge, you must upload your supporting documents and a passport-style photo to the application form. You can upload a photo or a scanned image from your computer, smartphone, tablet or scanner.
If you cannot upload your documents to the form, you can continue and send the application. However, we will not look at the application until you have provided your documents.

Other ways to provide your documents
In a library
If you cannot upload your documents directly to your form, you can take them to one of the following libraries for validation. Telephone the library you want to visit to book an appointment before you go.
Libraries are unable to assist with applications and can only validate documents. If you cannot complete an application online, please call the Blue Badge Team on 0345 050 7666.
