Find out what's happening with your application

Applications take up to eight weeks to process. Only contact us if you applied more than eight weeks ago. You can track the progress of your application online and find out what might be delaying it.

Warning Your application will not be processed until you have supplied all of the required documents. The application will also be delayed if you do not supply the correct documents.

How to change the contact details on your account

To change the email address, postal address, or telephone number we use to contact you, log into your account and click on the 'My Details' link. Make the changes and then click 'Save changes'.

You cannot change your username which might be the same as your email address. However, you can change the email address we use to contact you.

How to return a Blue Badge

If the badge holder has died or the badge is no longer needed, please return it to us. Include a note explaining why it's being returned, so we can update our records. Send it to:
