Online financial assessment - Saving a form

A guide to saving a form

Saving your form

At the top of the form is a link to log in to the OFA. You need to click on this link before you start your form and create an account. Once you have created an account, you can now login to the OFA and start filling out the form.

You will need to fill out your date of birth or the date of birth of the person you are filling out the form for. You will then be asked to answer a question about total assets and savings to determine if you are eligible for financial support from Oxfordshire County Council.

Once you have answered this question, you will begin to complete each section of the form. At the bottom of each page, is a button that allows you to save your form and come back to it. Click on the Save for later button.

If you choose to click on Save for later, it will take you to the ‘How we collect…’ page. You will need to consent by clicking Yes and then continue. This allows us to temporarily store your information for you to be able to access the form later.

Enter a name for your form then click Save.

When you log back in to the OFA, click on ‘Calculate my contribution’ on the first page. At the bottom, you will have the option to view saved calculations:

Select your saved calculation and click on the Open link to resume your form.
