Toddler yoga and craft

Join Natalie this Autumn for a new series of our yoga and craft sessions. We have an exciting 6 sessions lined up see what we are planning below:

  • Week 1 - 12 September - Back to school try new things – new poses. We rely on our deep belly breathing if we get nervous or feel butterflies.
  • Week 2 – 19 September - Season change – weather, leaves, what’s happening in the garden? CRAFT: Leaf pictures using handprint– hedgehogs, Autumn wreaths.
  • Week 3 – 26 September - Hibernation, migration, Bumblebee lays fewer eggs, Robins and Wrens make their houses and territories. CRAFT: Hibernation den picture – bear in cave.
  • Week 4 – 3 October - Harvest moon - Moon rising shortly after sunset provides extra light for farmers to harvest their crops. Michaelmas – 24th September. Moon and star pose.  Spiritual and symbolic meaning related to gratitude, abundance, and transition, letting go of what is no longer needed. CRAFT: Star wands or corn dollies.
  • Week 5 – 10 October - Get ready for Diwali – festival of light. Craft: Rangoli wall hangings.
  • Week 6 – 17th October - Spooky yoga. Pumpkin pose. Sensory craft – slime making, Halloween wands.

Price

£60 for the series one adult and one toddler. Individual sessions are £15 for one adult and one toddler. Additional toddlers are £48 for the series and £8 for an individual session.
