Join Natalie to build heat with this dynamic flow class, transitioning into a calming, restorative practice to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. The perfect antidote to your Monday, and a real treat to set you up for the week.
We will be practising in the beautiful coach house with a heated floor, but recommend bringing warm clothes for the end of the session when our body temperatures will naturally drop.
- Suitable for beginners and all levels.
- Not suitable for pregnant women.
- Mats and props are provided
