About the Course

Learn how to design and carve your own simple stamp motifs and to create playful quirky and original compositions.

During this gentle day of printmaking, you will create a number of hand - carved stamps and print multiple designs onto paper and card. You will also learn how to develop your work using pen and watercolours.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners through to those with some experience who would like to brush up on their skills. All materials will be provided, but do feel free to bring your own ink pads and lino cut tools if you have them.

About the Tutor

Jane is an experienced printmaker, mosaic artist and tutor. With a background in printed textiles and surface design she has a particular interest in the social and wellbeing benefits of art, craft, and creativity.
