Your sponsor has a couple of options. They could come and collect you or they can provide detailed instructions on how to reach them using public transport. If you don’t receive this, ask them because they are expected to supply it.
If you are travelling using public transport you can travel free of charge on National Rail, the London underground, the Docklands Light Railway and most bus and coach services by showing your Ukrainian passport and a boarding pass or ticket proving your arrival into the UK. Find out more about travelling free of charge.
You can also travel on Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel which are allowing any Ukrainian nationals arriving in the UK free travel on the airline coach services (from Heathrow/Gatwick Airports to Oxford) and on any local bus services up to 48 hours after arrival in the UK.
