RoWIP implementation

The Rights of Way Management Plan forms the basis for the authority's work in public rights of ay and access management. The vision, aims and ambitions of the plan are embedded in the operations of the Countryside Access Team.

The team's annual work plan includes development work to support the implementation of the RoWMP's ambitions. Work to review operations to improve management of the network, objectivity and public expectations, is well underway through the development of a 'Priority Caseload Approach' in close partnership with the statutory Oxfordshire Local Access Forum.
