Oxfordshire Youth Baroque Strings

An opportunity for string players to explore 17th and 18th Century string repertoire

Oxfordshire Youth Baroque Strings, also referred to as OXYBAROXY, meet to explore the wealth of 17th and 18th century string repertoire. They use Baroque bows, and play in a period style. OXYBAROXY also provides opportunities for solo playing.

How to join

Membership of Chamber Groups is usually by invitation only. Players mainly come from central activities and in some cases, you may be asked to audition.
