Paying for resident parking permits
We will send you an invoice and link via email to pay for a resident parking permit.
Once we have received and approved your application we will email you a PDF invoice with a link in it to pay online.
We will issue your vehicle with a virtual permit that will become valid as soon as the Residential Permits Team confirms your payment.
Please note: Payments made on weekends and Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day therefore you must legally park until you receive confirmation from the Residential Permits Team that your virtual permit is valid.
About the email
The email will be from 'Residential Parking Permits Team' firstname.lastname@example.org.
There will be two emails - one with the subject line of 'Application approved - New resident's parking permit' and the other with the subject line of 'PAYMENT REQUIRED: New resident's parking parking permit'.
In the email titled 'Payment Required', there will be a link to click on to take you to your account, where your payment will be pending.
