Location and special features

St Edmund Hall is the oldest education establishment in the University and the first to be licensed for civil ceremonies.

It is situated a few steps from the Botanic Gardens - just off the High Street. The library gardens and quad are ideal for photographs.
 

Rooms

Three rooms are licensed: the Old Dining Hall, Wolfson Hall, and Doctorow Hall.

The venue can accommodate up to 215 guests for the ceremony. It can hold up to 250 people for a sit-down meal, and up to 300 for a buffet-style menu.

Overnight accommodation is available during University vacations.
