Community Walks

Community Walks is a program run by our Active Communities Team to give people access to a friendly short group walk within easy reach of where they live to help them become and stay active.

Here are the sessions currently available, including links to the precise map location on the what3words website. Just turn up to join in, or to find out more information, email us at active.communities@southandvale.gov.uk

We have devised – with help from our nature recovery officer – new leaflets for autumn, tailored to some of the community walks and linking to our nearby meadow areas. (You don’t have to take part in the community walks to use them.)

The Kennington community walk operates on Wednesdays between May to September only.
