Outdoor yoga with Jacqui
About the workshop
Join Jacqui, yoga teacher and trainee yoga therapist, for a nourishing outdoor evening of gentle yoga, breathwork and guided meditation in the beautiful garden at the The Oxfordshire Museum.
This relaxed and welcoming session is open to all levels and offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and connect with others in the local community. Together we’ll move through a gentle yoga flow, explore calming breathwork practices, and settle into a guided meditation beneath the trees as the evening light softens around us.
In the event of bad weather, sessions can move indoors.
About the Tutor
Jacqui is a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher, holding a 300-hour certification, and is currently furthering her studies to become a qualified yoga therapist. Passionate about making yoga accessible to everybody, she is committed to teaching in a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic way that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
With a particular interest in the restorative and therapeutic benefits of yoga, Jacqui believes that yoga should adapt to the individual — not the individual to the practice. Her classes combine breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and light Eastern yoga philosophy to create a welcoming space where students can connect with themselves and develop a practice that truly meets them where they are.
Recognising that everybody arrives with different abilities, experiences, and limitations, Jacqui encourages freedom within movement and invites students to explore poses with intuition, curiosity, and creativity. Her supportive teaching style empowers individuals to move in a way that feels authentic and beneficial for their own body and mind.
