Community Support Service centres

two womenWe aim to help people live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.

Our Community Support Service helps adults with physical disabilities of all ages, older frail adults, and older adults with dementia, mental health problems and learning disabilities.

Changes to service

The council’s health and wellbeing centres and learning disability support services have changed.

On 1 October 2017 they were replaced by a new community support service. Find out more about what’s changed.
