The Joint Oxfordshire Resilience Team (formerly known as Emergency Planning) operates out of the Fire Service Headquarters in Kidlington.
Their duties include devising emergency plans for the County, maintaining a 24-hour on-call service to respond to emergencies, and offering advice on community resilience to assist with preparation and response to unexpected events and crises
