Request a replacement for a lost or damaged bus pass.
Oxfordshire County Council will not refund bus pass fares incurred while applications for new or replacement passes are being processed.
If you require bus travel during the period you are waiting for your bus pass please contact your local bus company for details of weekly season tickets, fares and routes.
Replace a lost or damaged bus pass
If you have lost your bus pass, there is a £10 replacement fee.
Your lost bus pass may be found and returned to County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND. We will attempt to contact you and hold bus passes for 30 days. It is important that your details are up to date with us. Update your details.

Replace a stolen bus pass
If your bus pass has been stolen, and you provide a valid crime reference number, the replacement is free.
How to report a non-urgent crime.
If you do not have a crime reference number, there is a £10 replacement fee.

We are unable to take payment over the telephone.
If you apply online, you can pay by debit or credit card. Or, send a cheque for £10 made payable to 'Oxfordshire County Council' to:

You can report a lost bus pass and pay £10 by cash or card for the replacement in one of our participating libraries. Telephone the library you want to visit to book an appointment before you go.
