How to pay

Once we have processed your application, we'll send you an email telling you how to pay. If you don't get the email, check your spam or junk folder.

For security purposes, any payment links sent will expire within 72 hours.

If you have not received an email, contact us on 01865 519800.

We will issue your vehicle with a virtual permit that will become valid as soon as the Residential Permits Team confirms your payment.
