How to use the document validation service
If you cannot upload your documents directly to your online application form, you may be able to take them to a library to be validated.
A library staff member will check your documents and record them as validated on your online application form. They will then send your form for processing.
Blue Badge applications
You can use the service to have Blue Badge application documents validated.
If you are unable to upload your documents directly to your form, you can take them to one of the following libraries to be validated. Telephone the library you want to visit to book an appointment before you go.
Resident's parking permits
You can use the service to have Resident's parking permit application documents validated.
After you have completed the form, you can take your reference number and documents to one of the libraries below.
Zero emission zone discount application
You can use the service to have ZEZ discount application documents validated.
When you apply online or by phone, we will give you a reference number. Take the reference number and your documents to one of the libraries below. You may need to make an appointment to do this.
