Coronavirus review

The government has now removed all legal restrictions on marriage and civil partnership ceremonies. The number of people permitted to attend ceremonies will be determined by health and safety and fire risk assessments. For ceremonies taking place in registration offices, attendees are required to wear a face-covering. The couple and the registrar conducting the ceremony may remove their face coverings once the ceremony has started.

This ceremony room is located in the award-winning Garth Park. The light and airy room is traditionally decorated, with a long aisle.

The maximum number of people permitted to attend a ceremony in the Bicester ceremony room is 48. This number does not include the couple but does include others such as babies, small children, photographers or musicians. Although this is the maximum number permitted to attend a ceremony, people arranging ceremonies are encouraged to respect other attendees and those working who may have a more cautious approach to the lifting of restrictions and may wish to consider inviting smaller numbers of attendees.

There is no public parking on site. The bandstand within the grounds of Garth Park is closed.
