Due to high demand, we are no longer accepting new applications or expressions of interest for this scheme.
If you're concerned about staying warm at home or managing energy bills this winter, free help and support are available through Better Housing Better Health.
Support may also be available through Oxfordshire County Council's Household Support Fund.
