Statements we submit to The Department for Education including Section 251 statements
Under Section 251 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act, the county council must submit to the Department for Education statements of education spending in a prescribed format for both budget and outturn.
The budget statement must be submitted by 30 April of the financial year and the Outturn Statement by 23 August following the year-end.
