To renew your books sign into your account using your library card number and PIN, or if you have upgraded your account then use your Username and Password. Then go to My Loans.
Put a tick in the box for the items you want to renew, then click OK to confirm the renewal. If an item is reserved by another borrower it is not possible to renew it online.
You can also:
- telephone the 24-hours renewal number, 0845 1202811 with your borrower number and library PIN
- contact any Oxfordshire library by telephone, post, email or in person with your borrower number
Can I renew a book that has been reserved?
If a book has been reserved, a member of staff can renew it for you for a further three days. You need to visit or telephone a library to do this.
How many times can I renew my book?
You can renew books up to three times if no-one else has reserved them. If you still require the book after that, you must bring it to the library to be re-issued. Audio-visual items cannot be renewed and may be subject to additional daily charges if returned after their due date.
What happens if I return a book after the renewal date?

How to upgrade your account
Upgrading your account is free and enables you to create and save a wishlist, add ratings, create reviews, recommend items and receive password reminders. You'll need to login with your library card first.
I don't have a library PIN
If you do not have a library PIN, ask at any Oxfordshire library, bringing your library card with you. We do not issue library PINs by phone or email to maintain the security of your personal information.
