Oxfordshire parish records
Parish registers from over 300 parishes have been digitised and are available on Ancestry.co.uk to subscribers, and are freely available to view at Oxfordshire History Centre and in Oxfordshire public libraries. The collections are:
- Oxfordshire, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials 1538-1812
- Oxfordshire, England, Church of England Births and Baptisms 1813-1915
- Oxfordshire, England, Church of England Marriages and Banns 1754-1930
- Oxfordshire, England, Church of England Deaths and Burials 1913-1965

Oxfordshire wills and inventories
Our collection of wills and related documents proved in the church courts of the historic county of Oxfordshire, 1516-1857, has been digitised and is available online via FindMyPast website.
Access is by subscription and/or pay-per-view, but free online access is available at the Oxfordshire History Centre and in Oxfordshire public libraries.
District valuation maps and books
Oxfordshire History Centre holds District Valuation records, 1910-1915, for the whole of the historic county of Oxfordshire. The are available on our district valuation maps and books page.
Over 100,000 photographic images of Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley from the 1850s to the present, prints, drawings and selected historical maps are accessible on www.pictureoxon.org.uk

Oxfordshire tithe maps
Tithe maps (but not the accompanying written awards) for parishes in the historic county of Oxfordshire, 1838-1884, have been digitised and are available to view in our searchroom. The digitised maps can also be viewed in Oxfordshire public libraries via www.oxfordshirehistory.org.uk -site only accessible in libraries.
