You can access citizens advice services through the Community Help and Information Point (CHIP) sessions running at the library.
CHIPs are staffed by our friendly and trained CHIP team. They'll help you find the information you need, to resolve your problem. If CHIPs cannot help you, they make sure you are contacted by the most appropriate person to help you.
These are drop in sessions, no need to book, where you can speak to someone face-to-face.
