Asylum Welcome's Sanctuary Wheels programme provides free, refurbished bikes and tuition to refugees
Sanctuary Wheels is a partnership project involving Asylum Welcome and Active Oxfordshire, working with Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, Cyclox and many community organisations across the county, to provide bikes, lights, locks, helmets and translated tuition for hundreds of refugees across Oxfordshire.
