How to report damage to a utility company's equipment
The utility companies, telecoms, power and water are responsible for repairing their own equipment. This includes poles, manhole covers and street cabinets or boxes containing telecoms, broadband and fibre connections.
They want you to tell them about damage to their property so they can fix it.
