Life limiting illness
Disabled parking Blue Badge for those with a terminal illness that limits mobility.
Warning
The Blue Badge online service will be unavailable daily from 9pm to 6am due to essential maintenance.
Professionals with an NHS or MacMillan email address should apply for a Blue Badge on behalf of patients. To be eligible for a blue badge, the patient needs to have a prognosis of 12 months or less to live.
If you have a life-limiting illness and think you are eligible for a Blue Badge under special rules, contact your GP, nurse, or consultant.
