Congestion charge judicial review
A judicial review case was sought to challenge the congestion charge on 25 March 2026.
We successfully defended judicial review proceedings brought by Open Roads for Oxford Ltd who sought to challenge the congestion charge introduced by the highways authority for local traffic.
The Hon Mr Justice Fordham will hand down a formal written judgment by 4pm on 25 March, a copy of which will be uploaded on this web page.
