Eligibility

We're committed to giving all workplaces the opportunity and support to enhance their approaches to health, wellbeing, and inclusive employment practices.

Any Oxfordshire-based workplace with three or more employees is eligible to access the programme.

In 2024-2025 1.9 million people experienced work-related ill health. Some 964,000 people reported work-related stress depression, or anxiety. Around 40.1 million working days were lost, resulting in £22.9 billion estimated cost of injuries and ill health.
