Make a late application to infant and primary school
The closing date for applications is 15 January 2023 and offers will be made on 17 April 2023. Applications received after 15 January will be processed later in the year.
Missed the deadline?
You can make a late application if you:
- have missed the deadline
- are moving house
- have changed your preferences.
Important things to remember when applying for late, new or change of preference
- Apply by 2 May 2023 if you have missed previous deadlines.
- It is the responsibility of parents/carers to apply for a school place.
- You can list four different schools in order of preference.
- We advise you to enter your catchment (or designated area) school as one of your preferences.
- Consider how your child will travel to school.
- If your application is late, it will be processed later in the year, and you are far less likely to get a place at one of your preferred schools.
