What's happening with my application?

Applications take up to eight weeks to process. Only contact us if you applied more than eight weeks ago. You can track the progress of your application online and find out what might be delaying it.

Warning Your application will not be processed until you have supplied all of the required documents. The application will also be delayed if you do not supply the correct documents.

I've been asked to provide more information. What do I do?

We might ask you for more documents if the ones you provided with your application were insufficient or incorrect. Visit the track the progress of your application page to find out what you need to do next.

How do update personal details on my Blue Badge?

If your name, address or appearance changes while you have a Blue Badge, you do not need to update those details until you renew your Blue Badge. However, if you want to change any of these details before renewal, contact the Blue Badge Team. We'll issue a new badge at a charge of £10

How do I change the contact details on my account?

To change the email address, postal address, or telephone number we use to contact you, log into your account and click on the 'My Details' link. Make the changes and then click 'Save changes'.

You cannot change your username which might be the same as your email address. However, you can change the email address we use to contact you.

How do I return a Blue Badge?

If the badge holder has died or the badge is no longer needed, please return it to the address below explaining why it is being returned so we can update our records.
