Digital activities taking place across libraries in Oxfordshire this summer.

Earn cool digital badges by completing fun digital activities this summer across Oxfordshire’s libraries.

Drop by any of our libraries for self-supported learning or work with a friend or family member to try out:

  • coding
  • animation
  • micro:bits
  • 3D design

Or visit one of the following libraries for special events where you can get even more badges for programming robots, using Makey. Makeys to turn everyday objects into circuits, and making LED cards. We’ll have sessions for 3D printing, making text adventure games and a Raspberry Jam too.

Events are aimed at ages 8-13.

Robots and gadgets

Have fun building robots, making circuits and banana pianos.

Interactive fiction

Get creative making a text adventure game with interactive fiction software.

3D printing

Learn the basics of designing a 3D object and see the 3D printer in action.

Oxford Raspberry Jam

Control hardware with the Raspberry Pi computer and micro:bit.
