How to access the venue

From the South West:

Take the A420 and follow signs for the city centre, this is Botley Road, follow this road under the railway bridge, take the left filter road (Hythe Bridge Street) past the traffic lights, keeping to the left, you will go over a small bridge and come to another set of traffic lights. Turn left and you will approach a further set of traffic lights, turn right at this set of lights - you are now on Beaumont Street. The hotel is at the top of this street on the right hand side.

From the South (A34/A423):

From the A34 turn left at the Oxford Ring Road roundabout, pick up the A420 at the next junction then follow the directions above. Alternatively, at the ring road turn right, at the next roundabout turn left onto the A4144 to the city centre; follow the A4144 past some shops and through a set of traffic lights for approximately 2 miles; this is Abingdon Road. Follow the road over Folly Bridge, take the left hand lane at the traffic lights sign posted, Car Parking & Station, follow the road past the ice rink and Esso garage on the left. At the next set of lights, go straight across; do not turn left towards the station. Follow the road round keeping in the left hand lane, this is Hythe Bridge Street, cross over the next small bridge keeping to the left. Follow the directions above from this point on.

From London:

Take the M40 to Junction 8 sign posted to Oxford & Cheltenham. This is the A40. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles until you go through a set of traffic lights and come to the Ring Road roundabout. At this roundabout take the right exit to Kidlington and North Oxford; at the next roundabout take the left exit to Summertown; you are now on Banbury Road. Follow this road through Summertown and a main set of traffic lights; go through these lights to the end of Banbury Road. Follow the road to the traffic lights at the end of St. Giles, keeping in the right hand lane. You will see the hotel ahead of you to the right.

From the North:

Leave the M40 at Junction 9, take the A 34 to the next junction sign posted to Oxford, the A44 (Pear Tree Roundabout). At the large roundabout from either the A34 or A44 follow the signs to Oxford. Go through the traffic lights to the next roundabout with a BP Garage on the right corner, take the exit for City Centre this will lead you on to Woodstock Road, continue on this road for approximately 2 miles until you come on to St Giles, you will see the hotel ahead of you on the right.
