Household waste recycling centres consultation

As part of securing Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) sites across Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire County Council will be seeking a new management contract to operate these sites. The county council would like to know your views on measures that could be taken to make savings and to create income, in order to provide the most affordable service for residents of Oxfordshire.

The Oxfordshire Comet goes into orbit weekdays between 10.15am- 2.30pm

The first sighting of the Oxfordshire Comet was in Stanton Harcourt today as Oxfordshire County Council launched a new bookable transport service for the county. It has been created to allow people without suitable access to public transport to make the journeys they want, at an affordable price.
