Transport for all

A group representing anyone who has difficulty in using the highways, the pavements, public transport and the related built environment (formerly known as the Committee on Inclusive Transport).

Integrated transport unit

The council's own transport service can be used for eligible service users wishing to attend care homes, day centres and training centres. Vehicles and staff are also available for private hire.

Motability

A scheme to help disabled people buy safe, reliable and affordable cars.

Shopmobility

A scheme that supplies scooters, wheelchairs and power chairs to people with disabilities.
