Staying in your own home

We provide a range of services to adults to enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

After you are assessed we will advise you about services which are available. We will discuss with you:

  • the type of help needed
  • when it is needed
  • who will be providing the assistance
  • how long they will be with you
  • your religious and cultural needs
  • when the service will be reviewed.
