Like all cities, Oxford faces constantly changing transport challenges. Economic and housing growth in the south east of England are creating new pressures and adding to existing transport problems in and around Oxford. Our role is to respond to these pressures to ensure the city’s economy and communities continue to thrive, whilst protecting and enhancing its unique environment.
