Supporting People is a programme which pays for housing-related support services. It is run by Oxfordshire County Council in partnership with the local district councils, the local Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and the National Probation Service Thames Valley.
Supporting People provides services that help people do things for themselves.

Oxford and its partner districts were among four authorities who were awarded Beacon status for Supporting People services in 2004-2005.
