The Children and Young People's Trust brings together young people, senior managers, parents and politicians from across the public sector in Oxfordshire.
It is a partnership that has overall responsibility for planning and delivery of services for children and young people. The Trust is responsible for publishing a single Children and Young People's Plan and for making sure that services deliver the commitments outlined in that Plan.
The trust will be supported by three working subgroups, chaired by trust members:
Joint commissioning subgroup - chaired by Alan Webb, Director of Commissioning, Oxfordshire PCT
Participation and involvement subgroup - chaired by Cllr Louise Chapman, Lead for Children's Services
Performance management subgroup - chaired by Paula Tansley, Interim Head of Service, Oxfordshire County Council
Three Area Trust Boards (North, South and Central) have been established.
