The Oxfordshire Structure Plan
The strategic policy framework for the development and use of land in the county.
On 21 October 2005 the County Council adopted the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2016 with modifications.
The Oxfordshire Structure Plan is our strategy for the development and use of land in the county and the adopted proposals will form part of the development plan. This the last Structure Plan to be adopted for Oxfordshire. It will eventually be replaced under the new planning system by the South East Plan which will provide the strategic framework to guide development in the county.
The South East Plan is being prepared by the South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA). More information is available from our regional planning pages and from SEERA's website.
