Older people

We provide a range of services for older people to enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

Social workers work closely with people, their carers and families to decide the best way of meeting their needs.

If people need more care than can be offered at home we may be able to assist with costs for residential or nursing home care.
