We formulate policies for the Structure Plan and the Minerals & Waste Local Plan. There are also national and regional policies that we contribute to.
When we give advice to the city or district councils on planning applications.
We do not deal with:
- domestic planning applications
- listed building and conservation area consents
- advertising
- independent schools
- satellite dishes
- industrial/commercial developents
