Community-led plans and action

Community-led plans allow communities themselves to identify local issues and priorities and develop projects and actions to address them. They offer an opportunity to find innovative solutions to local needs and to encourage community action.

A community plan is developed by volunteers in full consultation with the people living in the area. It offers a valuable opportunity for local residents, organisations and service providers to work together. The county council supports communities that want to identify and find solutions to local needs and issues.
